Paleo No-Oatmeal

Paleo Oatmeal that is creamy, dreamy, and completely grain-free. Super easy to make and just as warming and as delicious, if not more, than normal oatmeal.

  • Blender, saucepan


  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 c. Almond Milk
  • 1/2 c. Almond Meal
  • 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup Optional
  • Pinch Cinnamon



  • In a saucepan, heat up the almond milk over the stove until near boiling.
  • Transfer it to a blender and blend it with a banana.
  • Add in the almond meal, shredded coconut flakes, maple syrup, and cinnamon and pulse until smooth.
  • Put it in a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings!
