Put the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, golden raisins, chia seeds, salt and maple syrup (every ingredient except the banana and coconut oil) into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
In a small saucepan, heat a mashed banana and coconut oil over medium heat until melted down and bubbling.
Transfer the banana/coconut oil mixture into a blender and blend well then pour it over the mixed granola.
Transfer granola to 2 baking sheets (if it's too much on one it won't bake evebly) bake for 50 minutes, taking it out and stirring granola every 10-15 minutes so it doesn't bake unevenly.
*Store in tupperware or mason jars and keep in a cool, dry place (i.e. pantry). :)
