Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Nut Milk I use almond milk (homemade, but any store brand works too!)
  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 handful Kale or Spinach Frozen
  • 1 Medjool Date Pitted
  • 2 tsp. Spirulina I use Hawaiian Spirulina
  • 1 handful Ice Cubes

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 scoop Nuzest Vanilla Protein See blog post for 15% off!

Instructions
 

Recipe:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend 30-45 seconds (the longer, the smoother)

Notes

Be sure to use frozen ingredients (i.e. frozen banana rather than fresh) for a thicker consistency.
