Natalie's Everyday Green Smoothie
Everyday green smoothie, the healthiest green smoothie with a ton of benefits and super ingredients. Dairy-free, vegan, and naturally sweetened.
- 8 oz. Nut Milk I use almond milk (homemade, but any store brand works too!)
- 1 Banana Frozen
- 1 handful Kale or Spinach Frozen
- 1 Medjool Date Pitted
- 2 tsp. Spirulina I use Hawaiian Spirulina
- 1 handful Ice Cubes

Be sure to use frozen ingredients (i.e. frozen banana rather than fresh) for a thicker consistency.
