Matcha Latte Recipe

  • Blender (any size)



  • 8 oz. Nut Milk I like coconut milk best!
  • 1 tbsp. Matcha Powder (see article for a link to the kind I use)
  • 1 Medjool Date pitted
  • 1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds



  • In a medium saucepan, heat nut milk on medium high heat. Add in the other ingredients and stir until simmering.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds.
  • Sip in bliss.


I use the small blender attachment on my Ninja to blend my latte, but you can use any size. You can also use a milk frother to achieve a good latte frothiness, but it will not blend the dates or hemp seeds. If you are using a milk frother, just froth the heated nut milk and matcha and use a liquid sweetener (will not taste the exact same)!
