Beetroot Latte with Oat Milk
Beetroot latte recipe. Caffeine-free, pink latte in just 5 minutes! This beet latte is vegan and dairy-free, too. Velvety taste with creamy oat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Oat Milk or any other nut milk
- 1/2 tsp. Beetroot Powder I use Carrington Farms
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
In a sauce pan, heat up oat milk over medium-high heat. Whisk in beet powder and maple syrup. Heat until simmering. Remove heat immediately. Serve and enjoy!
OPTIONAL: To make extra frothy, use a milk frother or blend in a blender on high for 30 seconds.
