  • Milk Frother (optional)



  • 1 1/2 c. Oat Milk or any other nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Beetroot Powder I use Carrington Farms
  • 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup



  • In a sauce pan, heat up oat milk over medium-high heat. Whisk in beet powder and maple syrup. Heat until simmering. Remove heat immediately. Serve and enjoy!
  • OPTIONAL: To make extra frothy, use a milk frother or blend in a blender on high for 30 seconds.
