Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana Slightly ripe
  • 3 tbsp. Flax Meal
  • 1 handful Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp. Lucuma Powder optional (I use Karen Barrios)

Instructions
 

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mash banana well. Mix in all other ingredients (except for sea salt).
  • Form cookie shapes onto a pan greased with coconut oil. Top with sprinkle of sea salt. Bake 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

Cookies can be stored in an air tight container in the pantry for up to 1 week or in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
