Easy & just a few ingredients Raw Vegan Almond Spread! Super easy to make and serves as a delicious, creamy spread, topping, or dip.
Raw Almond Spread (Vegan, Gluten-free)
Lets make a good spread! Why not?! This raw almond spread is great to use a spread, dip, or topping. Plus it’s such an easy vegan recipe- only a few ingredients and steps! The almonds provide creaminess and a good nutty taste and the rosemary gives a good hint as well.
Make sure to mix the ingredients in really well and evenly. Also, keep in mind that adding too much water to this recipe can affect the flavor, so try to stick to the measurement (I find a food processor is easier than a blender to get everything blended smoothly).

In the photo above, I spread it on some Mikey’s grain-free toast! It also tastes amazing in lasagna (as a replacement for ricotta), on crackers with some smoked salmon, or as a veggie dip even!
Rosemary Raw Almond Spread
- 1 1/2 c. Raw Almonds soaked overnight
- 1 1/4 c. Water
- 1 tbsp. Rosemary Leaves
- 1 tsp. Garlic
- Salt & Pepper To taste
- Soak almonds overnight. Drain and rinse the soaked almonds and add into a food processor. Blend with the water (I find a food processor is a lot easier than a blender to get all of the almonds blended smoothly). Scrape down sides as needed (easiest with a flat frosting stick).
- Transfer into a mason jar and stir in the other ingredients.
