Healthy Fudge Recipe (Maple Sea Salt)
Every summer growing up, I would stop in Fort Davis, TX on my way to summer camp for the most delicious homemade fudge from the main convenience store in town…now that I’m older, I don’t eat traditional fudge as often and have been dying to make my own healthy fudge recipe!

I was recently sent some maple syrup from the amazing Stewart Maple farms and decided to use it to make some refined sugar-free homemade fudge. The maple in this Maple Sea Salt fudge recipe is the perfect sweet flavor and the hint of sea salt really brings it out!
In addition to being refined-sugar free, this recipe is also gluten-free, dairy-free, Paleo friendly, and all other goodness! Plus- it’s really only 3 ingredients: coconut oil, almond butter, and maple syrup…so dang easy!
Vegan Fudge Baking Tips
You can use different sizes of tins/pans depending on how thick you want the fudge to be. I like it a little thinner, but if you want thicker pieces, use a smaller area when making it! The best way to store this fudge is to keep it in the refrigerator or freezer because the coconut oil can become a little melty once it’s sitting out.

Almond Butter and Coconut Oil before microwave
Also, when the fudge has been chilling for about 20 minutes is when you should add the sea salt so that it stays on top and doesn’t melt into the fudge when it’s too warm. Other than that, this recipe is incredibly easy! Hope you enjoy! 🙂
