Healthy Cinnamon Rolls | Single Serve

Healthy Cinnamon Rolls

A healthy & delicious cinnamon roll recipe. Grain-free, vegan, AND refined sugar-free. These are the perfect mini single serve cinnamon rolls and make a delicious, satisfying breakfast option.

Healthy Cinnamon Rolls

This might be one of my favorite recipes I’ve ever made! Cute little cinnamon rolls that are made with whole, healthy ingredients and are the perfect for a single serving! I could eat healthy cinnamon rolls for breakfast every day and be happy!

These are made from a blend of coconut flour and cassava flour. They don’t require any eggs or animal products and are refined sugar free! They are also surprisingly easy to make, which was a pleasant surprise because I thought cinnamon rolls would be daunting, messy, and time-consuming!

Baking Tips

When making these healthy cinnamon rolls, keep a few things in mind:

  • They are not made with gluten, meaning the dough is more crumbly. The consistency, however, should still be roll-able!
  • This recipes yields about 3 mini cinnamon rolls, but you can also play around with it to make bigger or smaller ones!
  • The “frosting” is an easy 2-ingredient recipe, depending on if you’d like to use vegan cream cheese or yogurt for the base (yogurt will be more runny).
  • Use a knife at the 20ish minute mark to make sure they are cooked through!

How to Serve

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I recently made some Homemade Cereal Bars, so I guess I’ve just been on a breakfast kick! I definitely recommend these for breakfast, but they can even be a snack or dessert!

I like them best served warm with a glass of almond milk or coffee.
