The easiest and healthiest cookies! Grain-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar free cookies in only 15 minutes. Banana cookies without oatmeal, Paleo-friendly!
4 Ingredient Healthy Banana Cookies
If you want a healthy, delicious, and extremely fast and easy cookie recipe- this 4 ingredient healthy banana cookies recipe is for you! It takes 1 bowl and less than 15 minutes to make this recipe! Unlike other banana cookies, this one is made without oatmeal, so it’s grain-free and Paleo-friendly. There is also no dairy or refined sugar.
Lucuma Benefits
This is optional for the recipe, but I like to add a little Lucuma to these cookies (Karen Berrios is my favorite brand to use) for an adaptogenic touch. Lucuma is a low glycemic superfood with benefits such as lowering blood pressure, providing antioxidants, and improving heart health. Adding lucuma makes these cookies even better for holistic health and enhances the already amazing, whole foods used to make this treat!

This recipe yields the perfect amount (4 cookies) for a single or so serving. If you want to make more, you can easily double or triple the recipe! I like it best paired with a glass of almond milk. So delicious!
