“I really enjoyed doing the reset so much. It truly changed my outlook on cooking meals throughout the day – the process is not as time consuming as it may seem and in fact it took 5-10 minutes to prep most of the breakfasts and lunches – and that’s without doing a larger meal prep early in the week! It also changed my outlook on what a health conscious diet looks like. I had a misconception going into this that a gluten-free and dairy-free diet would absolutely be something I wouldn’t be able to do, let alone enjoy, considering my diet consisted of whole milk, cheeses, bread and pasta, etc. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The meals are filling, hearty, tasty, and leave you feeling fresh after. I felt more energized during my training runs and feel like recovery came more easily for me throughout the week.
